Performance benefits associated with altitude exposure are enhanced when athletes spend longer at altitude.
Runners, cyclists, triathletes, swimmers and rowers are among the athletes who chose to 'live at altitude' to improve their endurance.
This is now possible without the need for travel expense and time off work with our sleep-in altitude chamber.
Typical protocols are between 2 and 4 weeks of altitude exposure, spending as many hours of the day as possible at altitude.
Training can continue as normal although 2-3 days of acclimation are recommended, where training intensity should be reduced slightly.
